The Association of Universities in the Netherlands (VSNU) and COMMIT/ have awarded 135.000 euros to three new Team Science projects in the Digital Society Research Agenda of the VSNU. The granted projects focus on the topic of digitalisation, inclusion and participation. In the three projects researchers from various fields co-operate not only with other academics, but also with community members and other stakeholders.
Today, the Association of Universities in the Netherlands (VSNU), the Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW) and the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO) will present the new Strategy Evaluation Protocol (SEP). Once every six years, the research organisations revise the evaluation protocol for academic research, which is used by research universities and KNAW and NWO institutions to evaluate research units.
On the day that the United Kingdom leaves the European Union, higher education and research organisations from across the UK and Europe have reaffirmed their commitment to working together, and are calling on our respective governments to make this a priority as discussions about the future relationship get underway.
